In the second phase, the office of 20,000 sqm was enlarged with an addiitonal 8,500 sqm of rentable space. The Advance Tower category A has uniquely designed glass surfaces that allow offices to have a high natural light ratio. With the intelligent building management system, the building's mechanical and electrical systems can be operated optimally to maximize energy efficiency. The entire office building is equipped with smart solutions and sustainable technologies, including a decentralized hot water supply, a roof garden with a smart irrigation system, and a low-emission cooling and heating system. Both phases of the BREEAM-certified complex have been developed according to well-building standard (WELL) criteria that positively impact the health and well-being of workers.
