The building is located in the eastern block of the Corvin district, near Nokia Skypark. When designing the concept of a Category ‘A’ office building, great care was taken to ensure a vital uninterruptible power supply for technology companies by increasing the electrical capacity of the facility and using a dual power supply. Thanks to our previous investments, we have gained much experience in designing research and development (R&D) laboratories that adapt to the unique needs of our customers. With our valuable expertise, we will continue to be at the disposal of our tenants. The open spaces on the ground floor are directly connected to the pedestrian traffic of the promenade, so the office building fits perfectly into the city structure. The built environment, the large roof terrace, and the inner garden on the ground floor of the building will also play an essential role in the plans.
