Dorottya Udvar is located at the western gate of the capital, on Bocskai út, near the M1-M7 motorways. Built between 1914 and 1918, the building, originally designed as a military uniform factory, was rebuilt in 2002 into a modern, 21st-century office building, following several functional changes.

Boasting a green inner garden, the complex offers 28,500 square meters of offices with above-average ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building has a 24-hour on-site security service, an ATM, and a restaurant-café. Free WIFI is available in the garden for tenants and guests.
