Offering a total of 14,500 square feet of leasable space, the 8-story downtown office building found 100% tenants. The building's dual environmental rating (LEED Gold, BREEAM Very Good) is unprecedented in Central and Eastern Europe. The efficiency of the building is due to, among other things, renewable energy generated by solar collectors and the photovoltaic system, recycled rainwater, faucet-mounted water-saving aerators, presence and motion sensors, energy-saving LED luminaires, and pre-programmable elevators and roof gardens. The 5-story underground garage has bicycle storage and changing rooms with showers and electric and hybrid cars. The ornament of the atrium is the plant wall running through the two floors, which complements the timeless harmony of elegant beige, white, and bronze with fresh shades of green.
