The office building with unique architectural solutions is located in one of the busiest junctions of Buda, near Széll Kálmán tér, in the 1st district of Budapest. It was built in 1998 in a unique style, as one of the most outstanding works of Hungarian organic architecture, made of natural components such as wood, stone, and slate. The office building, located at the beginning of Hattyú Street, next to Széna and Széll Kálmán tér, is easily accessible by public transport, and an underground garage serves those arriving by car. The property complex was built for office purposes in 1998 and is still used for this purpose by renting out. There is parking space for 94 cars in the underground garage of the building. Its external appearance is characterized by the use of natural materials (stone, wood, slate) and the world of form and motifs of Hungarian folk architecture, which makes the building unique and attractive. Thanks to its architectural solutions, it is gaining more and more awareness and recognition among the citizens and tourists of Budapest.
