HomeWork is a development associating the brick structure of an old school with a glass and stone modern wing extension. The development was elaborated as a mixed use project delivered in 2023. The flow of office users and residents is fully separated with dedicated staircases and elevators.

The harmony between the internal spaces of the school building and the newly developed extension creates an impressive and unique work environment. The monumental staircase of the former school, the old brick facade associated to the modern curtain facade and the generous volumes make the project stand out.

The single-story underground garage provides 32 parking units for the office tenants along with bike racks.

Sustainability and ESG criteria are taken into account with private terraces, green roof, sizable community green areas, and a quiet inner garden at the back of the building.
