The Infopark E office building was built in 2009 according to the plans of the German designer Thomas Foral. Office buildings built in the development of IVG can boast several real estate awards. Building “E” was the first in Hungary to receive the internationally recognized green building certification system, LEED Silver. The building consists of the interweaving of a lower and a higher mass. The nicely designed inner courtyard, surrounded by the wings of the building, opens towards the central park, from where the entrances open up. The roof level is retracted from the plane of the façade so that generous, wood-covered roof terraces with splendid views have formed around.
