The modern street façade of the six-story building, completely renovated in 2007, hides 1,470 square meters of office space to meet everyday needs. The dreamers of the interiors created a uniform and demanding area using natural materials, wood and stone. Offices can be rented on each floor, and each has a separate washbasin and kitchenette. The building is located in the emblematic place of downtown Pest, close to the intersection of Kossuth Lajos street and Károly körút (Károly körút 6. - hence the new name). The Astoria and its surroundings were still a popular walking and meeting place in the 1990s, with a range of branded shops - which the malls have since sucked in.
