Millenáris Avantgarde, Fény utca 16., Budapest

The new Avantgarde L-shaped building of the Millenáris Office Buildings opens onto Fény Street and is also accessible from the park. It got its name from its unique appearance, dominated by a dark ceramic-clad façade and an interactive lamella system designed in front of large windows. The façade delights visitors to the park with a unique play of light in the evening. The building has office rentals on six levels, from the first to the sixth floor. There is a recreation room and a spectacular panoramic terrace on the top floor, outside the office space. You will find the service functions, the reception, the café-restaurant and the associated outdoor terrace on the ground floor. There is direct access from the staircase to the two-level underground garage. The levels are connected by a panoramic elevator running on the external façade.
