Népliget Center, Könyves Kálmán körút 11, Budapest

The Népliget Center is located in an easily accessible place, at the junction of Könyves Kálmán körút and Üllői út, next to the Népliget Bus Station, at the M5 ramp. The office complex was built in two phases, of which 9,200 square meters were completed in the first phase completed in January 2008 and 16,000 square meters in the second phase in the second quarter of 2010. Each of the buildings is a self-contained unit enclosing an internal green garden. Thanks to the environmentally conscious and energy-efficient technologies introduced in the office building, it has been awarded the title of Partner of the European Commission's GreenBuilding Program.
