Optima A, Váci út 191., Budapest

The dynamic development of Váci Way in the district is still going on today, providing space for establishing new commercial, residential, and office developments. As part of the Optima investment, two office buildings were built on Váci út, near the Újpest city gate, the first being the "A" building on the corner of Gács street. The facilities are surrounded by 2,000 m2 of landscaped area, providing a pleasant environment for tenants. The rentable office space is almost 5,500 m2 per building. In the area behind the office buildings, a Tesco store was opened, thus expanding the list of services available to tenants.
