Váci 1 is an exclusive, multifunctional commercial building in the center of Budapest. The listed building, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built between 1911 and 1915 and served as the headquarters of the Pest Hungarian First Savings Bank, and from 1990 to 2005, it housed the Budapest Stock Exchange. The interior is a set of monumental and modern elements. While the former will be preserved intact, modern architectural features will be developed both in their functionality (increasing the possibility of horizontal and vertical transport) and their aesthetic design, thus better serving the building's dual (office and commercial) function. The building is also famous due to its excellent quality technical solutions, sustainable features, and great design.
