Modiano

Modiano was built based on inspiration by the same timeless foundations that influenced Modianora in the 1930s: thoughtful and careful design, the harmonious harmony of aesthetics and functionality, and the creation of spaces that support collaboration and productivity. The name disappeared 75 years ago, but today the factory building of the Hungarian subsidiary of the Italian tobacco company is again referred to as Modiano. The Art Deco building will be renovated as a state-of-the-art office building defining the cityscape as part of Codic’s development. The protected facades will be restored to their original quality during the works, and the newly built part of the building will offer office space that meets the highest demands.
