HomeWork is a development by CODIC associating the brick structure of an old school with a glass and stone modern wing. The development was elaborated as a mixed use project.

The harmony between the internal spaces of the school building and the newly developed extension wing creates an impressive and unique work environment. In the HomeWork building, the monumental staircase of the former school is reserved for the office tenants. The single-story underground garage accommodates several bicycle storages and 49 cars, out of which 34 car parks are dedicated to the offices. Offices and apartments can be accessed from the garage via separate staircases and elevators. Sustainability and ESG criteria are taken into account with private terraces, green roof, sizable community green areas, and a tranquil inner garden.
